NuLeaf’s Plant Health Care Program Includes:
Over time NuLeaf’s plant health care program continues to build the soil through applications of bio-rich liquid or granular products. Our technicians will seek to identify plant damaging pests and treat the identified problems properly using appropriate insecticides and biological controls.
Our 5 Visit Program consists of the following:
Application One: Horticultural Oil Spray / Insect Control
During this visit, we spray your plants with horticultural oil to get an early start on insect control before they pose a threat to your landscape. The oil will suffocate overwintering insects as well as their eggs.
Application Two: Fertilization / Insect Control / Fungicide Application
During the spring visit, we fertilize plants to provide all the essential nutrients for optimum plant growth. We apply systemic insect control to plants to prevent damage from insects that feed on leaves. We apply a fungicide to all plants that are susceptible to leaf spot and powdery mildew.
Application Three: Fungicide / Insecticide / Miticide Application for Mites
During this time, we treat your plants according to their additional needs. It is important to monitor and make appropriate treatments as needed.
Application Four: Fungicide / Insecticide / Miticide Application
We continue treating your plants according to their specific needs. At this time, we monitor and make appropriate treatments as needed.
Application Five: Fertilization / Monitor for Insects & Diseases
We apply fall fertilization that provides all the essential nutrients for optimum plant growth. The fertilizer is time-released and supplies the plants with nutrients for up to six months. We will monitor the landscape and treat insects according to our analysis.
